INTRODUCTION TO FLEXIBLE MAGNETS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS
Flexible magnets (also known as rubber magnets, magnetic decals, suction decals, etc.) are synthetic plastic materials coated with a magnetic layer on the surface to create attraction with iron, steel, and magnetic surfaces while still having the best elasticity and flexibility.
Because of this flexibility and elasticity, flexible magnets often have a weaker attraction (magnetic) than bar magnets, magnet balls, and in general, permanent magnets.
Flexible magnets have many applications in industry, production, and life. Here are some examples:
- Flexible magnets for all kinds of cars. People print decals and stick them on flexible magnets, cut the magnets into the desired shape, and stick them on taxis, service vehicles as a logo or temporary billboard, etc.
- Used as teaching aids, children’s toys, educational equipment, seminars. Currently, some optical centers are using magnetic boards combined with flexible magnets to make very convenient eye measurement signs.
- Used as magnetic labels for warehouses and shelves.
- Used as an adhesive material for advertising panels with backdrop frames.
- Used in interior design, in iron filtration industry,..
